I enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe King Room City View. The friendly staff made my experience memorable, and the pool offered a nice retreat after exploring. However, I found the elevator system to be confusing at times, and the spa's additional fees felt unnecessary for a hotel of this caliber.

Overall, it felt like a lovely hotel, but improvements in lift efficiency and noise management would make it even better.
